Karen was full of laughter and always quick with a hug.
Her favorite words to everybody she hugged was:
"I LOVE YOU BABE and OH, YOU'RE SO CUTE"
I miss her saying that to me and her outrageous laughter.

Here are some of the things that were written to Karen in her year book.

"Karen will always be my best friend...there is no question about that. She was so beautiful and such a sweetheart. Her life and loved ones are crushed to pieces, but her spirit will always be with us.
I love you Babe!"
From Heather Graham

"The first things I will always remember about Karen were her smile, her hugs and unforgettable personality. She had a positive attitude about everything. When you were sad, she was always there for you, I know because she was there for me. She was friendly with everyone and had a unique sense of humor. The week before the crash she kissed the window on my car as a joke and the amazing thing is that her kiss is still visible on my car. I know that she will never be forgotten and that her memory will live forever with everyone that had the privilege of knowing her."
From Shannon Allen

"Karen was a huge part of my life. Every time I did something stupid she was there to forgive me. I miss her crying on my shoulder when she was upset with her boyfriend and simply miss her being here. I miss her being there for me when I felt my world was falling apart. I miss her believing in me no matter what others said or thought about me. She taught me to never be ashamed of myself and to believe in myself. She loved me like a brother and I loved her like the sister I never had. I miss my sister."
From Charles Parker

"Within a short amount of time Karen and I became very close. My words cannot express how much she meant to me. She was a wonderful friend who knew all my secrets and whenever a problem occured, she was there for me; ashoulder to cry on. Cheering me up always came so natural to her. Our last night at work is unforgettable. "I love you Babe", constantly came out of her mouth. I never thought the words "I miss you" would be the last words she told me, but yet I wasn't expecting to lose someone so close after being with them fifteen minutes before they're no longer with me. Although she is still with us spiritually and within our hearts, a catastrophe like this could be a lesson to learn, to realize how much someone means to you before they're gone. Love and treat every one as if it's your last time with them. Unfortunately, as we have experienced, tragedies like this occur often and the ones you love are gone forever. All to live off are memories. I will miss Karen very much as I already do, but remember...memories of her loving heart, outrageous attitude and most of all how great of a friend she was will live on forever and ever."
From Breanna Loguercio
